A new labor law is going to be implemented in the next financial year. The Ministry of Labor is preparing to execute this plan to a law. After the new laws are implemented, a round of improved rules will start in India's labor market. In this law, after the completion of the working hour, if an employee works for even 15 more minutes, the organizations will have to pay for it.
According to the report, under the new labor law, the govt. may change the existing time limit of overtime. And working more than 15 minutes out of the working hours will be taken as overtime; so the company will have to pay for this to them. The employees will have other previous facilities like PF and ESI plus the new one.
