While cheating on Balaram's real home in Nayagarh, he introduced himself as Kailash Chandra Mishra of Khariarjhar of Nuapada district and opened an account for marriage on the Matrimony website. With his wife and two children at home, Matrimony planned to seduce the young woman on the site less than five years ago. Balaram married about five people, including his wife, Nayagarh, Nagaland, Khordha and Angul, through the Matrimony site. A young woman from Angul, was teaching in Narsimhapur, Cuttack when she was married in 2014 to Balaram in a temple at Dhenkanal. He was regularly approached by a numberless vehicle. He had kept all the young women married, but kept them in rented houses. While this man was introducing himself as Brahmin, he was renting out the house to everyone outside, saying that he did not accept it at home because he was marrying a girl of another caste. A few months later, the young woman's ATM card and gold jewelry were smashed.
The same thing happened with the teachers in Narsimhapur. The teacher's scooter arrived at the Cuttack RTO on Friday to transfer her name. Outside the RTO office, there was an outcry over the marriage between the two. The teacher lodged a complaint with the Lalbagh police station. Police are investigating.
