Nepotism Abuses Talent In Every Field

In recent last few days, we had heard about Sushant Singh Rajput's death news. He committed suicide. With his death, a word started getting attention I.e. Nepotism. What is that word mean? First of all, we have to know what nepotism is. It means using power or influence to give an unfair advantage to your family, especially by giving them jobs.
Mostly it reveals in sectors like politics, business, entertainment, sports, religion, etc. Through this concept, the known one got the chance rather than the person who deserves it. This theory leads to another theory I.e. Favoritism. It means let a chance to your favorite person. But some jobs require professionalism, not favoritism. Privileged groups work for greater power consolidation through favoritism.

What is Favoritism/Nepotism:

  • One of the most demotivating circumstances

  • When someone is given preferential treatment

  • Can destroy relationships, initiatives & trust

  • Leads to exploitation

  • Give mental stress & depression

Example: suppose a man comes with wearing a gold ring and fine clothes, and a poor man in filthy old clothes also comes in, if you show special attention to the man wearing fine clothes and say, 'there is a good seat for you', but say to the poor man, 'you stand there', have you not discriminated among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts?
Our Indian constitution gives us the right to equality. It means we all have the right to prove ourselves and get what we deserve according to our skills. But we are discriminated by our own representative on the basis of

  • Gender

  • Race/Ethnicity

  • Age

  • Favoritism/Nepotism

  • Disability

  • Sexual Orientation

  • Religion

  • Language

  • Pay

  • Color

  • Beauty etc.

From the grassroots level to Bollywood to business to politics and to so on, Nepotism is never fair, its a killer in fact.

Philosophy says, "as you sow, so shall you reap." It's a law of nature. Network marketing is perfectly aligned with that. You get truly, exactly what you are worth. No nepotism, no favoritism, that's rare today.
So, basically nepotism is promoting family values here almost as often as it promotes family members.
