Human trafficking is the illegal trade in human beings for the purpose of reproductive slavery, commercial sexual exploitation, forced labor, or a modern-day form of slavery. It is the acquisition and exploitation of people.

According to United Nations, human trafficking is, "the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, or receipt of persons by improper means (such as force, abduction, fraud, or coercion) for an improper purpose including forced labor or sexual exploitation".

In India human trafficking is turning to very common. The poor people have always been captured by this crime. The person who needs manpower contacts to a broker. The broker arranges the nomads or people who need money. If the deal is committed at 2 lakhs, the broker falsified the accounts and took 1 lakh rupees for himself and gave the rest of the amount to the workers. Labours don't have any idea about the deal. They didn't see a huge amount before this. So they easily agreed to be migrated. At the end of the year labours spent all the money and couldn't get more and got exploited. In some other cases some sex brokers allures a girl of films and made her a prostitute. Trafficking of human organs like kidney, eye etc. instead of treatment are also included.

According to the report, around 10,00,000 people are trafficked each year globally. Human trafficking is an illegal thing. It's a crime. Our motive should be stopped it completely and have more responsibilities after rescue. The information should be spread regarding the risk of becoming a victim, the rights of victims, it's punishment etc. Most importantly when a girl child is rescued, the parents should provide her a comfortable environment to become normal as before.
