Akshay Parija: Significant Journey Of A Banker To Revolutionary Film Producer

Akshay Kumar Parija, the front line Indian filmmaker. He was born on 12 May 1954 at Jagatsinghpur district of Odisha. This odia pua (odia boy) is popularly known for presenting odia culture and Odissi dance in his films. He is very polite in nature. Mr. Parija has linked with filmmaking, banking and in business too. Now he lives in his workplace Dubai.

Mr. Parija has done his production in multiple languages like in Odia, Bengali and in Hindi too. In Odia cine industry his produced films are positively appreciated by the audiences, such as Jianta Bhoota, Thukool, Kehi Nuha Kahara, Agastya, Bye Bye Dubai, Paika Bidroha, 4 Idiots, Biju Babu and so on. In Bengali film career Andhakare Alo, Manojer Adbut Bari, Rasogolla, Konttho, Gotro etc. are included. Some Hindi films like Halka, Kadvi Hawa, God's Own People (A Documentary On NABAKALEBARA of Shri Jagannath) took place under Parija's production. 

Jianta Bhoota was his first odia debut film which talks about the struggling life story of Dongria Kondh for Niyamgiri Hills of Rayagada district.  The film was directed by Prashant Nanda. This was one of the best films of Akshaya Parija. In Ollywood he has a talented collection of actors/actresses. He simply admires those who are dedicated towards their work and hardworking in nature. Mr. Parija feels a comfortable environment with superstar Babushan Mohanty and Archita Sahu. He is also very active in Bengali cinemas and receives utmost satisfaction from there. 

This odia boy loves to work on women oriented, social issues and other original stories like this. Akshaya has given a mythological touch in his upcoming film 'Durgati Nashini'. In this film viewers will get to know how an evil power will be destroyed by Almighty 'Maa'( Goddess Durga). Now he is busy with multiple projects. But due to pandemic corona they couldn't take place. He advised the young comers to do hard work as much as you can. Because according to him, this is the only way to be successful. 

Except for producer Akshay Kumar Parija is a banker and a successful businessman too. Currently he works as the Board Member and Executive Director to Blue Lines Shipping Group. Apart from this Mr.Parija has good experiences in his 30 years of banking career.
