According to reports, Hindustani Bhau had on Friday posted on his Twitter account that he would stage a protest all by himself at Shivaji Park on Saturday noon, demanding the govt. to cancel all the exams for students. He arranged an ambulance and travelled to the part to hoodwink the Maharastra police. A local cop team went there. Fhatak was surrounded by media representatives. He was protesting, and demanding to the govt to cancel all the examinations of students this year in Maharastra.
He was
saying to the media, “yes. It’s a gross publicity stunt with misuse of a vital
medical facility.”
Fhatak now has arrested by the Shivaji Park police with certain allegations.
An FIR has been registered against him under section 188 (Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) and 269 (whoever unlawfully or negligently does any act which is, and which he knows or has reason to believe to be, likely to spread the infection of any disease dangerous to life) of the IPC and 51 (B) (refuses to comply with directions government) of Disaster Management Act read with section 11 (violating provisions of the regulations) of Maharashtra Covid-19 Regulations, 2020
