Zomato founder Deepender Goel has issued an official statement following the recent announcement that a woman had been attacked by a Zomato delivery boy. A woman from Bengaluru named Hitosha Chandrani has accused Jomato's delivery boy of attacking her and posted a video of her bloodied face on social media, demanding action against the delivery boy. Dipender issued a statement saying he wanted to say something about the recent incident in Bangalore. He wrote a lengthy statement on his account. He has temporarily sacked the delivery boy, with medical expenses incurred by the victim.
